Our service calls have a price of $99.99
A technician comes to your home to inspect the appliance and diagnoses the issue.
If a repair is needed they will determine the scope of the labour involved as well as find pricing and availability for replacement parts if they are needed.
When you approve the repair report the parts, if required, are ordered from manufacture approved distributors. Normally these parts are in stock locally and same day repairs are possible. If the parts are only available out of province a second appointment is needed for the technician to return with the part when it arrives.
Do I pay for both a service call and the repair?
Not at all! The service call fee is dropped if you elect to move forward with the repair and the only thing on your bill would be the cost of the part(s) and the labour of installation (and local taxes!)
Most appliance repairs are less than half the cost of replacing the unit and keeps serviceable appliances out of landfills.

We believe that is is important that people in a community support each other. Towards that goal we offer discounts on labour for our senior citizens, current and former Canadian military members, as well as first responders. We do request that you present an official identification to apply the discount.
